Key Responsibilities
Account Management and Partner Stewardship
- Serve as the primary commercial relationship manager for existing Strategic Financial Services Partnerships across APAC.
- Lead day-to-day partner engagement, executive governance and relationship management across all contracted programmes.
- Develop annual account plans, business reviews and relationship strategies to maximise long-term partnership value.
- Maintain a coordinated view of partner priorities, contractual commitments and activities across participating Lines of Business.
- Build strong relationships with senior internal stakeholders and designated partner contacts.
- Manage partner escalations and coordinate timely resolution of commercial, operational and relationship issues.
Co-branded Card Programmes & CVP Management
- Lead the development, optimisation and ongoing management of co-branded Cardholder Value Propositions (CVPs), partnering with the CA APAC and US Global Card Services team, regional business units and Strategic Financial Services Partners to deliver compelling, market-relevant consumer programmes.
- Coordinate the annual review of cardholder benefits, promotional offers and programme enhancements to ensure continued commercial relevance, contractual compliance and alignment with the company's brand strategy.
- Monitor programme performance and partner feedback, recommending enhancements to maximise consumer engagement, partner value and long-term programme success.
Contract Management and Benefit Delivery
- Oversee the implementation and delivery of contractual rights, hospitality programmes, marketing benefits, promotional entitlements and other partner commitments across all contracted Lines of Business.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, fee schedules, payment milestones, service levels and reporting requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of contractual rights, partner deliverables, approvals and outstanding actions.
- Monitor benefit utilisation, programme performance and operational delivery.
- Identify opportunities to improve fulfilment, operational efficiency, guest experience and partner value.
- Lead renewal, amendment and contractual enhancement discussions for existing programmes, in coordination with Legal, Finance and relevant business teams.
Marketing and Intellectual Property Management
- Govern the use of the company's intellectual property by Strategic Financial Services Partners across APAC.
- Coordinate the approval and delivery of existing campaigns, seasonal activations, promotional rights and partner communications across participating Lines of Business.
- Ensure all partner executions comply with company brand guidelines, legal requirements, contractual rights and approval processes.
- Manage campaign calendars and coordinate with business teams to support timely delivery.
- Escalate requests for additional rights, campaigns or intellectual property usage where these fall outside existing contractual entitlements.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner closely with different lines of business in the company.
- Collaborate with the US Global Card Services team to ensure alignment with global Financial Services partnership strategies and contractual requirements.
- Coordinate cross-Line of Business governance and delivery for existing enterprise programmes.
- Partner with the Manager, Enterprise Partnerships to identify potential expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
- Support structured handover and implementation of newly executed partnerships into ongoing account management.
Performance Management and Reporting
- Lead regular business reviews, executive governance meetings and partnership health assessments.
- Monitor contractual KPIs, programme utilisation, commercial performance and partner satisfaction.
- Consolidate performance data and updates across participating Lines of Business.
- Prepare executive reports, strategic recommendations and account updates for senior leadership.
- Identify risks, delivery gaps and opportunities requiring management attention.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
- MBA or postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- 8-10 years of experience in account management, strategic partnerships, sponsorship, financial services or commercial relationship management.
- Demonstrated success managing complex enterprise accounts and long-term strategic partnerships.
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing contractual obligations, renewals and commercial negotiations.
- Experience coordinating programmes across multiple business units, markets and stakeholder groups.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior internal and external partners without direct authority.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail when managing contractual rights, deliverables and approvals.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, including experience communicating with executive stakeholders.
- Experience within financial services, entertainment, hospitality, tourism or consumer-facing businesses is highly desirable.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
- Willingness to travel across APAC as required.
- Excellent command of English and Cantonese is required
- Proficiency in Mandarin and an additional Asian language will be an advantage.
