Sales Manager, Surgical (Multiple Openings)

You will manage key hospital accounts, develop new business, and drive adoption of clinically meaningful solutions across Hong Kong's public and private healthcare sectors. The role combines strategic account management with strong field execution, including stakeholder engagement, product demonstrations, training, and procedural support.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory strategies to achieve sales objectives
• Identify new opportunities and grow existing hospital accounts
• Build relationships with clinicians, procurement teams, and other decision-makers
• Support tenders, formulary inclusion, product launches, and customer education
• Deliver product demonstrations and provide clinical support in the field
• Maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline visibility, and market intelligence
• Collaborate with regional, clinical, and marketing teams
• Contribute to commercial planning and, where appropriate, coach or guide junior colleagues

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related discipline
• Approximately 5 to 8 years of successful medical device sales experience
• Proven track record of achieving targets and growing hospital accounts in Hong Kong
• Existing medical device sales management experience, or clear potential to progress into leadership
• Strong understanding of the local healthcare environment, including HA and private hospitals
• Commercially driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Fluent English and Cantonese Mandarin is advantageous
