Role Summary
KOLs
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager to drive the growth in Taiwan. You will build strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and key opinion leaders (KOLs), acting as the primary point of contact and aligning customer needs with company goals.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and expand relationships with key healthcare accounts in Taiwan (hospitals, labs, clinics)
Build trusted partnerships with KOLs and clinical decision-makers to drive product adoption
Execute sales strategy and meet revenue targets and market penetration goals
Deliver impactful product presentations and clinical education to support customer understanding
Collaborate with marketing, medical affairs, and regulatory teams to ensure customer success
Collect and share market intelligence and competitor insights to guide strategic planning
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above in Life Sciences, Medicine, Marketing, or Business preferred
5+ years of experience managing hospital accounts in healthcare/pharmaceutical sales
Familiarity with Taiwan's healthcare system and hospital procurement processes; strong network preferred
Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and effectively across cross-functional teams
Fluent in Mandarin and English, both spoken and written
Nice to Have
Experience promoting molecular diagnostics, oncology tests, or NGS-based products
Involvement in market entry or product launch initiatives
