Participate in business negotiations, finalize sales contracts, and monitor contract execution.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Polymer Science, Materials, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of independently managing key accounts with decision-making authority/significant influence. Must have led at least one project from inception (0-1) to successful implementation.
Proactive, passionate, with strong achievement motivation and desire for success, and high resilience under pressure.
Excellent relationship development and establishment skills.
