Responsibilities

• Project Discovery and Channel Development:
• Independently build project acquisition channels, continuously identify high-quality investment targets in blockchain, Web3, digital assets, technology infrastructure, and related ecosystems, and complete initial project contact and screening.
• Independent Due Diligence (DD) and Investment Judgment
• Independently conduct due diligence on projects, covering dimensions such as team, business, product, technology, compliance, finance, token model, and market competition; output professional due diligence reports and investment recommendations to form clear investment judgments.
• Transaction Execution and Terms Negotiation:
• Participate in investment terms negotiation, transaction structure design, and valuation communication to promote investment implementation, including SAFT, equity, compliance structure, and other related transaction execution.
• Post-Investment Management and Value-Added Services:
• Responsible for the daily tracking, data review, and risk monitoring of invested projects; provide post-investment empowerment such as resource matching, strategic advice, marketing promotion, compliance support, and ecosystem collaboration.
• Industry Research and Strategy Output:
• Track industry trends, competitor dynamics, regulatory policies, and technological iterations to generate industry research results to support departmental investment decisions and layout direction.

Requirements

• Fluent English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese stakeholders
• 2+ years of experience in blockchain/VC/crypto assets/fund-related investment, research, investment banking, or project management;
• Experience in mature project investment, due diligence, and post-investment management is preferred.
• Independent project judgment ability; able to quickly identify high-quality projects and potential risks;
• Proficient in completing the entire due diligence process; able to independently write investment reports and investment memos;
• Strong negotiation skills, transaction execution ability, and post-investment management awareness.
• Deep understanding of blockchain, Web3, exchange ecosystem, DeFi, GameFi, Layer 1/L2, infrastructure, and other related sectors;
