What You'll Do
- Global Brand DNA: Define and evolve our brand identity, ensuring a high-energy, consistent voice across all touchpoints (App, Web, Social, and Offline).
- Integrated Campaigns: Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale brand awareness initiatives, ranging from major global event sponsorships to localized community activations.
- Cross-Cultural Storytelling: Craft narratives that bridge the gap between Western Crypto Twitter culture and the nuances of the Asian crypto landscape.
- Market Intelligence: Leverage brand sentiment data and Share of Voice (SOV) metrics to outmaneuver competitors and keep us top-of-mind for retail and institutional traders.
- Creative Excellence: Direct internal teams and external agencies to produce world-class visual assets and copy that define the industry standard.
- Strategic Resilience: Partner with PR and Legal teams to manage communications and protect brand equity during market volatility and regulatory shifts.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 5+ years of brand/marketing management experience within a top-tier crypto exchange, global fintech, or a high-growth Unicorn tech company.
- Language: Native-level fluency in Mandarin Chinese (written/spoken) and professional proficiency in English.
- Crypto Native: Deep familiarity with blockchain technology, DeFi, NFTs, and the unique psychological drivers of crypto traders.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Proven ability to turn complex market data into actionable growth strategies.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-pressure, 24/7 global environment.
