Role Description

This full-time, on-site role is based in our Taipei office. The International Account Manager will be responsible for managing and building relationships with global clients, driving sales, and expanding the company's presence in international markets. The role involves developing strategies for client acquisition, identifying opportunities to boost sales, providing consistent customer support, and executing marketing initiatives to drive brand recognition and loyalty. This position requires regular communication with our teams abroad to align global strategies and ensure exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales, client relationship management, and account management skills
  • Proficiency in strategic planning, business development, and market analysis
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and cross-cultural collaboration abilities
  • Familiarity with cycling, sports, or outdoor lifestyle industries is highly beneficial
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin; additional languages are a plus
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a results-driven mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience working in an international business environment is advantageous
