Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site International Account Manager position located in Taipei. The International Account Manager will manage and grow relationships with key accounts, identify and develop new business opportunities, and ensure the achievement of sales targets. Responsibilities include communicating with international clients, coordinating with internal teams, and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive global sales growth. The role also includes monitoring international market trends and providing reports that identify opportunities and risks.

Qualifications
  • Account management and client relationship skills, including experience in managing international accounts
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Sales strategy and business development experience
  • Understanding of market trends and ability to analyze and report on global sales data
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in relevant CRM tools and professional communication platforms
  • Passion for cycling or knowledge of the cycling, sports, or outdoor industry is a significant advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; or equivalent experience
