We are now seeking for Human Resources Manager - Business Partner.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute HR strategies that support the overall business objectives and enhance organizational performance.
  • Lead end-to-end HR operations including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations etc.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on talent management, succession planning, and organizational development.
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify key insights to ensure competitiveness of the organization

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Tertiary educated in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 10 years practical experience within sizable organizations, preferably in retail, FMCG, sourcing industries
  • Sound knowledge of laws, statutory regulations and best practices
  • Demonstrates a proven track record of leading successful HR initiatives and fostering continuous improvement
  • Strong business acumen and proactive attitude
  • Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and regions.
  • Excellent communications and presentation skills is essential
