Job description
We are now seeking for Human Resources Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute HR strategies that support the overall business objectives and enhance organizational performance.
- Lead end-to-end HR operations including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations etc.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on talent management, succession planning, and organizational development.
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify key insights to ensure competitiveness of the organization
QUALIFICATIONS
- Tertiary educated in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- A minimum of 10 years hands-on experience within sizable organizations, preferably in retail, FMCG, sourcing industries
- Sound knowledge of laws, statutory regulations and best practices
- Demonstrates a proven track record of leading successful HR initiatives and fostering continuous improvement
- Strong business acumen and proactive attitude
- Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and regions.
- Excellent communications and presentation skills is essential
