In this role, you will be a strategic HR advisor who builds strong partnerships with the senior leaders and the HR Centres of Excellence (COE) teams to develop and execute the People Strategies.
Our HR Business Partnering team is structured to offer our stakeholders close support in three clusters - namely the Schools/Colleges, Administrative and Research clusters. All HR Business Partners report to Cluster Head of the HR Business Partnering Team and depending on the cluster which you are assessed suitable for, you may have a secondary reporting line to the School Chair/ Pan-University Research Centres.

Please note that successful candidates will be offered a 3-year contract with full benefits at the first instance. You can look forward conversion into a permanent appointment, subject to candidate's good work performance and the University's prevailing guidelines. Appointment titles (i.e. Assistant Manager/ Manager/ Assistant Director etc) offered will commensurate with candidate's prior work experiences.
