Job description

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business leaders to ensure HR strategies are aligned with operational goals, focusing on workforce planning and organizational design.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, engagement, performance management, and offboarding processes.
• Champion employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Provide HR business partnering support to managers, aiding in performance management, employee development, and succession planning.
• Offer guidance on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and grievance handling.
• Ensure adherence to Singapore employment regulations and internal policies through documentation and audits.
• Support compensation and benefits processes, including salary reviews and bonus planning.
• Collaborate with regional and global HR teams to roll out corporate HR initiatives.
• Assist in change management efforts related to business transformations or process enhancements.
• Maintain precise HR data and reporting to facilitate informed decision-making.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in HR business partnering.
• In-depth knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and cultivate trusted relationships across functions.
• Experience in managing employee relations with sound judgment and discretion.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a capacity to engage diverse teams effectively.
• Proficiency in analyzing data and deriving actionable insights.
• Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced work environment.
• Experience supporting regional or multinational HR operations.
• Background in transformation or change management initiatives is advantageous.
• Familiarity with HR systems and digital tools.
• Experience in talent development, succession planning, and leadership coaching.
• Understanding of global HR frameworks within a multinational organization with matrix reporting.
