Job Description

We're seeking a passionate Full Time Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Taipei. This role is your chance to shape the future of live entertainment in Taiwan, working closely with local musicians, iconic venues, and our dedicated team to deliver exceptional events that establish EGA as a leader in the market. This role involves full event management, often at weekends.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute events from concept to completion, including pre-production, on-site coordination, and post-event wrap-up.
• Manage teams of up to 10 staff and coordinate with multiple vendors, leveraging EGA's growing network of local service providers in Taiwan.
• Build and maintain relationships with Taipei musicians, venues, and local authorities to ensure seamless event delivery.
• Ensure every event delivers a memorable experience for audiences, reflecting EGA's commitment to quality and local culture.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to promote events via www.egatix.com and social media (@eg.asia_tw)
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and logistics to keep events on track and within scope.

Qualifications

• Can-do attitude and passion to deliver concert experiences
• Strong knowledge of Taipei's live performance and entertainment scene.
• Excellent stress management and problem-solving skills to handle fast-paced event environments.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English to engage with local stakeholders.
• Passion for live entertainment and a drive to create experiences that resonate with Taipei audiences.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Line) for event promotion is a bonus.
