About Our Client

Our client is a global leader in consumer healthcare industry with strong global footprints. the organization is scientific-based and invests heavily in R&D. They are now looking for an experienced EC Sales Manager to help them develop and build its EC ecosystem in Taiwan.

Job Description

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of e-commerce (EC) shopper insights and behaviors across both local Taiwan brands and foreign brand shoppers
  • Identify and evaluate high-potential EC platforms, demand-generation opportunities, optimal product assortments, and annual business plans with effective investment strategies
  • Develop and manage comprehensive sales plans for assigned accounts to drive sustainable and profitable growth
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align sales targets, priorities, and execution plans
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IP, OP, Marketing, Trade Sales, and other relevant functions
  • Communicate business insights, needs, and opportunities clearly to cross-functional partners to secure support and deliver results
  • Complete additional tasks and projects assigned by the team head in a timely and efficient manner

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years solid EC sales, business development or digital marketing experience in well-known MNC FMCG companies
  • Entrepreneurship mindset with proven start from 0-1 experience
  • Familiar with Taiwan EC ecosystem as well as cross border business
  • Strong independent decision-making capability, with excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
  • Growth mindset with high learning agility and embrace new changes
  • Strong commercial acumen with solid market insight and selling skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Mandarin
