This is a full-time on-site role based in Taipei for an E-Commerce Assistant. The E-Commerce Assistant will manage day-to-day e-commerce operations, analyze sales data to optimize performance, and support customer service efforts to enhance user satisfaction. The individual will assist with online sales processes, update product listings, monitor inventory, and coordinate with teams to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers. The role also involves contributing to improvement strategies aimed at driving online sales and increasing customer engagement.

• Strong Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making, monitoring sales performance, and identifying trends
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities for engaging with customers and resolving inquiries efficiently
• Experience in Sales and E-Commerce operations, including product listing, inventory management, and process optimization
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and tools is an advantage
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Passion for cycling and familiarity with related gear is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
