E-commerce Assistant for California Sports Sunglass Brand (Cycling, Baseball, Racquet)

This is a full-time, on-site role for an E-commerce Assistant located in Taipei City. The E-commerce Assistant will be responsible for managing online sales platforms, supporting customer service inquiries, and analyzing e-commerce performance metrics. The role also involves assisting in implementing sales strategies, maintaining product listings and descriptions, ensuring seamless online customer experiences, and collaborating with team members to meet business goals.

• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret e-commerce performance data
• Excellent Communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with teams and customers
• Exceptional Customer Service skills to address inquiries and enhance customer satisfaction
• Knowledge of E-Commerce platforms and proficiency in handling online sales operations
• Basic understanding of or experience in Sales processes within an e-commerce setting
• Organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with cycling or sports-related products is an advantage
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is preferred
