- Communication: Maintain regular communication with project managers, engineers, architects, and clients to keep them informed about project progress.

- A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in semiconductor and cleanroom environments is highly desirable.
- Mandarin is essential for effective communication on-site.
- Employment history demonstrating experience in mechanical piping systems, including supervising the installation and maintenance of HVAC, chilled water, and other industrial piping applications.
