- Overseeing Daily Operations: Manage and supervise the day-to-day activities on the construction site to ensure the project progresses smoothly.
- Ensuring Safety Compliance: Ensure all safety regulations and building codes are strictly followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Managing Construction Staff: Provide leadership and direction to construction workers, including scheduling tasks and monitoring performance.
- Quality Control: Inspect work to ensure it meets the project's specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinating Subcontractors: Schedule and coordinate the activities of subcontractors and the delivery of materials.
- Communication: Maintain regular communication with project managers, engineers, architects, and clients to keep them informed about project progress.
- Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process to prevent delays and cost overruns.
