Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Taipei for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying growth opportunities, building and maintaining partnerships, and developing strategies to expand the brand's presence in local and international markets. The Business Development Manager will engage with stakeholders, lead negotiations, and oversee key business initiatives to drive revenue. Additionally, the role includes analysing market trends, preparing strategic proposals, and collaborating closely with marketing and product teams to align business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Business Development, Partnership Management, and Strategic Planning
• Demonstrated experience in Negotiation, Market Research, and Sales Strategy
• Knowledge of Sustainable Fashion, Circular Economy, and Social Enterprise
• Excellent Communication, Networking, and Relationship-Building skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field
• Prior experience in the fashion or sustainability sectors is a plus
