Job Responsibilities:
. Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets
. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders

. Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations
. Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively

. Track and report on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts
. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions
Job Requirements:
. Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
. 5years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role
. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
. Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
