Key Responsibilities
- Research and interpret regulatory and digital governance requirements
- Assess existing digital channel services for compliance gaps and improvement areas
- Translate frameworks into practical, implementable standards
- Partner with Compliance, Risk, Legal, Cyber Security and Technology teams on policy alignment and build scalable, compliant, and customer-centric solutions
- Provide regulatory insights and strategic recommendations to management
Requirements
- Strong understanding of digital security and governance
- Ability to simplify complex governance concepts into practical solutions
- Strategic thinker with excellent cross-functional communication
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
Ideal Candidate
5+ years in digital banking, regulatory strategy, risk control, or compliance.
