Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Relationship Managers to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers and cross-sell/upsell bank products
- Monitor team performance and conduct regular coaching, feedback and training to identify talent development opportunities
- Analyze market trends and competitors offerings to provide strategic recommendations on product development and pricing
- Comply with regulatory requirements and ensure all business transactions and documentation meet the bank's policy and procedure standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or relevant discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail/consumer banking with 2 years in a supervisory role
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and developing high-performing teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to details
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Familiarity with banking products, financial services regulations and compliance procedures
