我們正在為我們正在為 CBG 策略規劃專案管理部門( Business Planning, COO Office)尋找一位細緻負責、反應迅速的人才。該職位將主要負責分行裝修和設備採購專案,以及相關供應商的協調與管理。您將作為分行與各後勤支援部門之間的重要橋樑,並為各項專案提供高效的行政支援。

Job Duties & Responsibilities

This role primarily encompasses Branch Facilities & Vendor Management, responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of branch facilities and meticulously managing relationships with external vendors to ensure optimal service delivery, operational efficiency, and full compliance with DBS guidelines and policies.

1. As Service Delivery Manager (SDM), you will oversee all aspects of outsourced service arrangements. This includes:
- Managing contract renewals, site visits, and payment processing.
- Ensuring outsourced service providers (OSPs) and their subcontractors fulfill contractual obligations and adhere to performance standards.
- Monitoring OSP performance against Service Level Agreement (SLA) and taking proactive steps to maintain the desired service levels.
- Regularly communicating with OSPs to identify and address potential SLA issues.

2. Support and execute a diverse range of tasks related to branch facilities, coordinating closely with branch personnel and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth and uninterrupted business operations.

3. Support strategy business planning and implementations, as well as effectively completing various ad-hoc assignments.
4. Coordinate across CBG for common strategic agenda (i.e. digital transformation, collaboration model, operating process enhancement).

Requirements
1. Minimum of 5 years of work experience. Prior experience in branch operations or an outsourcing management role is preferred.
2. Ability to work effectively with various internal teams and external suppliers.
3. Familiarity with branch processes, with a specific focus on branch facility operations.
4. Learn fast and be able to work under high pressure with high EQ. Possess great problem-solving skills and strong sense of accountability.
5. Be Agile, detail-oriented, open-minded, and self-motivated with good communication in both Mandarin & English.
6. Excellent Office skill is a must (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
