About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven E-Commerce Manager to lead our online sales and platform operations in the Taiwan market. This role is ideal for someone with strong strategic thinking, hands-on e-commerce experience, and a sharp eye for performance data.

You will be responsible for managing key e-commerce platforms, driving promotional campaigns, optimizing online sales performance, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will also work closely with internal teams and external partners to strengthen the brand's digital presence and accelerate growth across Taiwan's online market.

What You'll Be Responsible For

1. E-Commerce Platform Management

  • Manage the brand's day-to-day operations across major e-commerce platforms in Taiwan, including Shopee, Momo, and the official Shopify website
  • Oversee product listings, pricing updates, inventory visibility, and campaign set-up
  • Ensure smooth and accurate platform operations to support sales growth
  • 負責品牌於台灣主要電商平台之日常營運,包括 Shopee、Momo 及品牌官方 Shopify 官網
  • 管理商品上架、價格更新、庫存狀態與平台活動設定
  • 確保平台營運順暢且準確,以支持業績成長

2. Sales Strategy and Promotional Planning

  • Develop and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly e-commerce sales plans
  • Lead promotional campaigns such as 618, Double 11, Double 12, and other brand-led campaigns
  • Identify opportunities to improve online sales, visibility, and conversion
  • 制定並執行 年度、季度及月度電商銷售計畫
  • 主導 618、雙11、雙12 及其他品牌促銷活動
  • 發掘提升線上銷售、品牌曝光及轉換率的機會

3. Order Fulfillment and Logistics Coordination

  • Oversee daily order processing to ensure timely dispatch and delivery
  • Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to maintain shipping efficiency and inventory accuracy
  • Coordinate returns, exchanges, and after-sales issues to ensure service quality

  • 與倉儲及物流團隊密切合作,維持出貨效率及庫存準確性
  • 協調退貨、換貨及售後問題,確保服務品質

4. Customer Experience Management

  • Handle order concerns, product questions, and after-sales support professionally
  • Help maintain a strong brand image and positive customer experience

5. Data Analysis and Business Performance

  • Use data insights to improve product assortment, promotions, and operating strategy
  • Prepare reports and recommendations to support better commercial decisions

What We're Looking For

職務需求

  • At least 5 years of experience in e-commerce platform operations
  • Strong hands-on experience with platforms such as Shopee, Momo, Shopify, or similar
  • Proven ability to plan and execute online promotional campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into action
  • Good cross-functional communication and project management capability
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and e-commerce backend reporting tools
  • Good English communication skills in speaking, writing, and listening
