Job Description
Digital Innovation & Trend Integration
- Act as a digital evangelist, embracing the latest marketing technologies (including AI and marketing automation) to drive portfolio brand growth.
- Be fluent in English and able to communicate complex technical, data flow related, or consumer journey inquiries with global stakeholders effectively to iron out issues or implement new solution/ways of working.
- Assess emerging digital trends and design pilot programs for innovative solutions in alignment with business needs., and be a coach when onboarding internal/external stakeholders with new solutions/process
- Assist DMM to explore market drivers by analyzing consumer, category, competitor, and brand performance data to inform strategic decisions.
- Work with agencies to pilot run the latest digital solutions and adopt best practices for our brands
- Design the product roadmap for owned touchpoint development and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders for implementation
Digital touchpoints planning, CRM management & performance analysis
- Lead the CRM program optimization and work with external stakeholders to develop iterations for existing CRM platforms based on MKT/Trade MKT's needs.
- Coordinate and maintain publishing calendar across all digital touchpoints for Marketing/Trade Marketing teams activations
- Coordinate and conduct CRM activations over LINE official accounts, EDMs, digital advertising campaigns with MKT/Trade MKT teams, and external agencies.
- Collaborate with brand teams to deploy digital contents via CMS platforms
- Analyze touchpoint performance, providing actionable data insights to brand teams for continuous optimization.
Portfolio digital media optimization
- Partner with the DMM to develop local digital optimization strategies aligned with global priorities.
- Define, measure, and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing campaigns, delivering timely performance reports.
- Craft and execute strategies to optimize the portfolio's Share of Search (SOS).
Digital transformation project - planning & go-to-market execution:
- Lead the development & implementation of local digital marketing transformation project. You will participate in developing new touchpoints and leading GTM plan execution to achieve long-term digital transformation goals for the organization
- Responsible for briefing and managing agencies to craft up plan/activations to grow users and engagements for the touchpoints
- Monitor Advertising & Promotion (A&P) spend, dynamically adjusting GTM plan in a timely manner to ensure KPI achievement.
Qualification:
- Minimum 5 years or above marketing/DMKT experience with international fast-moving consumer goods company / luxury goods.
- Fluent in English
- Digital, Above the line media savvy is a must
- AI solution knowledge is a plus
