JOB MISSION
To operate within the Retail Team, reporting directly to the Retail Director, Taiwan, responsible for supervising all operational tasks and supporting the store expansion plans for the assigned region.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Retail Director in the opening and closure of directly operated retail stores for the assigned region;
- Co-ordinate with all relevant departments to ensure the new store opening is on schedule and with appropriate and sufficient stock level and manpower;
- Support the achievement of commercial objectives for the assigned areas, ensuring respect and implementation of the Company strategies and policies;
- Communicate and liaise with Store-in-Charge to collect field interest information and ensure that store management is aligned with business goals;
- Create the implementation of specific sales projects in order to boost the sales;
- Support Retail Director in developing, implementing and monitoring the operation standards of the stores and to coordinate the activities of the Store-in-Charge;
- Implement commercial and administrative procedures, acting as a liaison between Retail Director, DOS and all other relevant internal departments (including, but not limited to: Merchandising, HR, Training, Finance, Retail Excellence, Logistics, Marketing, etc.);
- Train store teams on different administrative and commercial procedures (POS, Sales, Discounts, Returns, Exchanges, Stocks, Transfers, After Sales, CRM, etc.);
- Support the Retail Director in coordinating Store Managers activities.
- Staff development
- Customer complaint handling
- Build strong cross functional relationships within the organization
- Any other duties/matters may be assigned from time to time
PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in fashion retail management with at least 3 years experience in Taiwan market, international brand experience a plus.
- Strong business acumen with successful proven track records in leading sizeable retail team is essential
- Team-oriented & collaborative with the ability to manage cross-functional relationships across multiple levels & influence business decisions with internal & external partners.
- Strong analytical & computer skills (MS Office) required.
