About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager (SPM) to lead our Case / Power / Thermal (CPT) product category.
This role owns the end-to-end product lifecycle, from strategy and development to go-to-market execution, with full responsibility for business performance and P&L.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for CPT category
- Drive end-to-end product lifecycle (NPI → mass production → GTM)
- Manage pricing, cost structure, and profitability (P&L)
- Develop and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and R&D teams
- Conduct market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and positioning
- Ensure successful product launch and commercial performance
- Drive product decisions based on data, market trends, and business impact
Requirements
- Proven experience in PC components industry (Case / Power / Thermal preferred)
- Background in one or more of the following:
- Product Marketing
- Business Development (BD)
- Regional / Channel Sales
- Strong experience in:
- Product development lifecycle (NPI to MP)
- Pricing & cost management
- Go-to-market execution
- P&L ownership
- Strong business acumen with data-driven decision-making capability
- Experience working with distributors, SI, and retail channels is a plus
