Position Summary You will lead market access activities in Taiwan to secure fair and timely patient access. You will work closely with local cross-functional teams and global colleagues. These responsibilities include some of the following: Develop and deliver national pricing and reimbursement strategies and submission dossiers for new products and indications. Build pricing scenarios, budget impact models, and value stories to support access decisions. Engage payers, health authorities, and external stakeholders to advocate value and negotiate access pathways. Identify evidence gaps and work with medical, HEOR, and real world evidence teams to generate clinical and economic data. Advise internal teams on policy, payer landscape, and likely outcomes to manage expectations and timelines. Monitor market, policy and competitor trends to adapt access strategies and mitigate risks. Responsibilities Prepare and submit reimbursement dossiers and pricing proposals in line with local regulations. Create economic models such as budget impact and cost-effectiveness analyses. Translate clinical and HEOR evidence into clear materials for payers and decision makers. Coordinate internal review and approvals ensure timely, compliant submissions. Lead stakeholder engagement with government, payers and partners to secure access. Provide practical guidance to commercial and medical teams on access implications. Why You Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals University degree in life sciences, pharmacy, health economics, public health, economics, or related field. Minimum 2 years experience in pricing, reimbursement, HTA, market access, or related consulting in healthcare. Good understanding of Taiwan payer system, reimbursement pathways and HTA processes. Strong analytical skills, experience with economic models or statistical analysis tools. Clear written and spoken communication in Mandarin and English. Ability to work collaboratively across functions and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus Advanced degree (Master or PhD) in health economics, public health, or related discipline. 3 or more years of market access, pricing, reimbursement or HEOR experience in pharma or consultancy. Hands-on experience preparing reimbursement dossiers and interacting with payers or government bodies. Proficiency with modelling tools and strong Excel skills. Experience generating or using real world evidence to support value propositions. Familiarity with policy and healthcare funding reform in Taiwan or regional markets. Working arrangement This position is hybrid with a requirement to be on-site regularly in our Taiwan office for collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
