Responsibilities
- Provide personalized home advice and solutions to customers, tailored to their specific needs and preferences
- Conduct in-depth analysis of customer's financial situation, lifestyle, and future goals to recommend suitable home-related products and services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of end-to-end customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices to provide informed guidance to customers
- Actively participate in customer engagement activities, such as events and workshops, to build brand awareness and foster customer relationships
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of home advisory processes and tools to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role within the financial services or real estate industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Proactive and self-motivated with a keen interest in the housing and financial services industry
- Proficient in using relevant software and digital tools to support customer advisory services
