Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive growth and profitability for the Treasures Onshore segment within the Consumer Banking Group
Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to expand the Treasures Onshore client base and deepen existing client relationships
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative products, services, and solutions that cater to the unique needs of Treasures Onshore clients
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to inform decision-making and strategic initiatives
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams
Contribute to the overall success of the Consumer Banking Group by sharing best practices and driving continuous improvement

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the banking or financial services industry
Demonstrated track record of successfully driving business development and client acquisition initiatives
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and cross-functional teams
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the achievement of shared goals
Proficient in the use of relevant software and technology tools to support business development activities
