<Responsibilities>
- Process diagnosis: Collaborate with business teams to identify workflows that can be optimized with AI and uncover high-value use cases
- Build & iterate: Use tools such as n8n, APIs, LLMs, and vibe coding to independently develop automation workflows or data products and continuously optimize them
- Enablement & support: Act as an internal AI evangelist, design company-wide AI enablement programs, and empower teams through training and knowledge sharing
- Stay ahead: Track emerging technologies and connect internal and external resources
<Required Skills>
- Experience as a Product Manager / Project Manager or ownership of data/automation projects
- Experience in process design, with the ability to translate complex business logic into automation workflows
- Strong hands-on ability with vibe coding, APIs, and LLMs to build full-stack applications
- Familiar with various AI tools and able to evaluate their strengths/weaknesses
- Passion for knowledge sharing and teaching
- Proven experience applying AI tools in personal workflows
- Familiarity with vibe coding
<Preferred Skills>
- Experience in data engineering, data analytics, or data science
- Experience hosting AI workshops, training sessions, or public speaking
