We are looking for a highly analytical and self-driven individual to drive operational excellence and commercial performance for the hotel vertical. This role focuses on leveraging AI to improve productivity and conducting deep pricing investigations to enhance competitiveness and profitability.
You will be expected to think critically, act proactively, and own problems end-to-end — from identifying issues to delivering measurable outcomes.
What You'll Do
AI-Driven Operational Excellence
- Leverage AI tools to automate and streamline operational workflows (e.g. pricing checks, reporting, anomaly detection)
- Build scalable, AI-assisted processes to improve team productivity, speed, and accuracy
- Proactively identify inefficiencies and redesign workflows to reduce manual effort and errors
- Apply AI to surface insights, detect anomalies, and enable faster decision-making
- Continuously experiment with new AI tools and approaches to drive 10x efficiency gains
Pricing Investigation & Commercial Performance
- Conduct deep dives into pricing gaps, parity issues, and competitiveness across platforms
- Identify root causes such as supplier cost gaps, promo conflicts, or distribution leakage
- Translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for BD, pricing or product teams
- Drive improvements in conversion and margins through pricing optimization
- Monitor key metrics and proactively flag risks and opportunities
What You'll Need
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Highly proactive, self-driven, and outcome-oriented
- Comfortable getting hands-on with data and investigating issues deeply
- Strong ownership mindset with ability to work independently
- Familiarity with AI tools and a strong interest in applying them to business problems
- Experience in OTA, e-commerce, or marketplace environments is a plus
- Good proficiency in English, with effective communication skills in both speaking and writing.
