Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily administrative activities to ensure efficient logistics operations support
  • Compose, respond to, and manage professional email communications to maintain clear client and internal correspondence
  • Conduct client communication through phone calls and follow-ups to resolve inquiries and maintain relationships
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for operational transparency
  • Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth workflow and timely completion of logistics tasks
  • Assist management by scheduling meetings and managing correspondence to optimize time and resource allocation

Required competencies and certifications

  • Demonstrate strong proficiency in English for spoken, written, and reading communication to ensure clear information exchange
  • Apply competency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to produce and manage documents and presentations
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members
  • Manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload efficiently in a fast-paced logistics environment to meet deadlines

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Possess a minimum Polytechnic diploma qualification as a foundation for administrative and logistics responsibilities
  • Bring prior experience in logistics or administrative roles to enhance operational effectiveness
