Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, serving as the primary point of contact. Responsibilities include responding to client inquiries, scheduling conference calls and on-site meetings, and ensuring the timely delivery of products and services.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements in line with Isaiah's pricing policies, including handling quotations, contracts, invoices, NDAs, and vendor registration documents.
- Develop new business opportunities from existing clients while proactively identifying and pursuing potential new accounts.
- Lead business trips to support customer engagement and business development initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including product samples, sales reports, product lines, and customer profiles, to support sales analysis and forecasting.
- Collaborate closely with research analysts to support strategic business growth.
- Collect and consolidate market and industry intelligence to inform client service and business development strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience, including at least 1 year in account management, sales, business development, or a client-facing role within a tech-related industry.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Highly organized, accountable, and detail-oriented.
- Self-motivated with a growth mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel (charts/graphs).
- Experience in semiconductors, smartphones, cameras, displays, or XR is a plus
- Fluency in Japanese is a plus
- Background in business intelligence, marketing, market/industry/financial research, or similar analytical roles is a strong advantage
