We are seeking for an engineering manager with exceptional AI transformation leadership capabilities. Your goal will be to lead the team in delivering Trend Micro Endpoint Security solutions aligned with business strategy and customer success, while driving AI adoption and inspiring a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Responsibility
Define and execute the team's technical direction to build, enhance and deliver high-reliability, AI-enhanced products and solutions.
Champion AI-first cultureby identifying opportunities, sharing success stories, and encouraging experimentation within the team.
Coordinate people, resources, and processes across different functions, groups or teams to achieve business outcomes and drive innovation.
Understand and bridge the company's business goal and strategy to the team.
Hire and coach talented members with AI learning mindset and help team members grow.
Key Qualification
A self-learner with expertise in change management and experience leading technology transformation, fostering a culture of agility, overcoming resistance to new technologies, and building alignment around AI adoption strategies.
Ability to build, train, coach and mentor a team to maximize contributions, while encouraging AI competency development and innovation.
Extensive knowledge and proven hands-on experience in software or cloud services development processes, quality assurance, and efficient service delivery.
You obsess about putting customers success upfront and using data and metrics to back up assumptions, develop business cases and challenge decisions.
Ability to identify and manage project risks, including the development of contingency and mitigation plans.
Ability to present and communicate complex technical concepts or explain business backgrounds clearly.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with cloud-native AI platforms and distributed computing environments
Track record of building and scaling AI-focused engineering teams
