Workplace Experience Specialist to join our team in
Taipei. This role is ideal for someone passionate about creating safe, efficient, and engaging work environments.
Your Day to Day
As a Workplace Experience Specialist, youll be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of workplace services and safety standards. Youll manage third-party vendors, oversee office operations, and support senior leadership with administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Monitor and improve Workplace Experience (WX) services through KPIs and vendor management
- Oversee third-party receptionist services and maintain a neat, organized office environment
- Collaborate with Security and Market Safety teams to ensure a safe workplace
- Plan and execute office-related services (e.g., parking, company cars)
- Manage Taiwan fleet operations in line with policy and regulations
- Coordinate employee services, gather feedback, and implement improvements
- Handle procurement processes for WX services, including vendor selection and invoice management
- Manage company assets to optimize office space and storage
- Support with general administrative tasks
- Act promptly to resolve issues and implement backup solutions when needed
Who Were Looking For
- A college/university degree
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Workplace Experience
- EHS Certification Requirements:
- Minimum Requirement: Level 3 ()
- Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have): Level 1() / ()
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and time management skills
- Collaborative team player with good English communication skills
- Experience in FMCG or manufacturing industries is a plus
