General Summary
This role is based in a warehouse environment and supports daily operations including inbound cargo handling, system receiving, parcel packing, and shipment booking. The work involves a combination of handson physical tasks (such as sorting, packing, and moving materials) and administrative tasks (such as system transactions and shipping coordination), and may include exposure to varying temperatures, higher noise levels, and dust.
Job Function
- Check/Unpack incoming shipments against Delivery Note/Packing slips etc.
- Sort and deliver incoming shipments.
- Receive in Oracle system.
- Process outgoing shipments through system and online manifest for Express.
- Package Delivery/Pick up availability.
- Provide shipment status updates to internal customers.
- Maintain records related to logistics functions.
- Perform Component inventory and cycle counts as required.
- Interface with vendors, trucking lines, Procurement, Finance, internal company personnel to complete daily tasks and troubleshoot shipment-related issues.
- Coordinate and keep abreast of new developments and innovations leading to improved departmental and company performance.
- Perform various other duties as assigned.

Skills/Experience
- 1 - 5 years of work experience related to Shipping & Receiving/warehouse functions.
- Familiar with Oracle system, inventory management.
- Good written and verbal skills in Mandarin and English.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills: Word, Excel.
- Exceptional customer service and team player, attention to detail and carefulness, good communication.
Education Requirements
College diploma

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
