Molex is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to join our Taiwan operations team. This role is responsible for managing inventory accuracy, supporting logistics operations, and ensuring compliance with global standards. You will collaborate with internal teams (Customer Service, Production, Quality Control, Global Logistics) and external partners (transportation companies) to deliver timely and accurate shipments.

What You Will Do
- Inbound Operations: Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, complete SAP goods receipt entries, and ensure proper storage and labeling.
- Inventory Management: Conduct monthly stock counts, monitor expiration dates, manage expired items, and perform re-inspections.
- Warehouse Organization: Maintain 5S standards, plan storage locations, and design efficient material flow.
- Outbound Operations: Pick, inspect, and pack finished goods per shipping orders, print labels, and complete SAP outbound transactions. Support urgent shipments and overtime when needed.
- Logistics & System Support: Create SAP routing tickets, handle shipment-related SAP operations, support new system introductions, and assist with inventory accuracy.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Warehouse Supervisor.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of SAP system experience.
- Minimum 2 years of inventory and logistics experience.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to handle urgent tasks and work overtime when required.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, SAP).
What Will Put You Ahead
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Experience in new system implementation or logistics projects.
- Familiarity with 5S and efficient material flow design
