Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of middle market and institutional banking clients, providing comprehensive financial solutions and advisory services
- Proactively identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the assigned client base
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including credit, product, and support functions, to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and actively seek new business opportunities
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the bank's strategic initiatives within the assigned market segment
- Ensure compliance with the bank's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Requireme
- Strong understanding of the financial needs and challenges faced by middle market and institutional clients
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Proficient in data analysis and financial modeling to support client solutions
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to mentor and develop a team
