Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to derive meaningful insights that drive strategic decision-making for the Consumer Banking division
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business challenges, and develop data-driven solutions
- Design and implement efficient data management processes, including data extraction, transformation, and reporting
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other data visualization tools to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis techniques, tools, and industry trends to continuously improve the bank's data capabilities
- Provide subject matter expertise and technical guidance to support the implementation of data-driven initiatives across the Consumer Banking division
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Proficient in using data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, Python, Power BI, or Tableau
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience in working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive data-driven decision-making
- Familiarity with the banking industry and consumer banking operations is preferred
