Your Role
This position is responsible for building and driving Chubb Life Taiwans VIP customer program, with a strategic focus on cultivating High Net Worth (HNW) clients while nurturing the Affluent segment. By delivering differentiated and premium experiences, this role aims to strengthen customer loyalty, support new business growth (APE), drive renewal contributions (GWP), and enhance Chubb Lifes competitiveness in the face-to-face distribution channel.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage the VIP program to align with customer expectations and business goals
Develop and optimize VIP membership structure and benefits to deepen customer engagement
Strategically align program policies with annual corporate objectives
Collaborate with senior management to establish VIP KPIs and cost-benefit analysis metrics
Identify and manage third-party service providers to enhance VIP offerings and sales competitiveness
Research market trends to develop exclusive services tailored to HNW clients
Establish an operational network of partners and standard procedures to ensure service quality
Leverage Chubb global resources to highlight our brands distinctiveness and value
Coordinate cross-functional operations, including administrative workflows, system integration, and platform planning (e.g., TSC, sales tools, customer portal)
Partner with data and IT teams to manage qualification logic and service status updates
Work with customer service and sales teams to build and continuously improve user interfaces for both frontline and customer access, enhancing usability and promoting upsell opportunities
Conduct regular competitor and market analysis to inform service innovation
Leverage data insights to understand client behavior and preferences, and craft personalized marketing campaigns
Monitor, analyze, and report on key VIP metrics, offering actionable recommendations to refine strategies
Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in relevant fields
At least 5 years of experience in wealth management, high-net-worth client engagement, or related areas
Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin
Strong ownership mindset, with the ability to proactively manage project timelines and communicate across stakeholders
Positive, resilient, and highly motivated team player

Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
Excellent presentation skills and experience in pitching partnership opportunities
Proficient in data analytics, able to translate insights into strategic actions
Effective time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with luxury market trends and HNW client expectations
Collaborative mindset with proven ability to integrate cross-departmental resources
Experience with customer segmentation, CRM, and loyalty program design is a plus
