Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the growth and profitability of the home advice segment within the consumer banking division
  • Oversee the management of a team of home advice specialists, ensuring they provide exceptional customer service and tailored financial solutions
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product and service enhancements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new home advice offerings that align with the bank's overall strategy
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the consumer banking or financial services industry, with a proven track record of leading and managing a team
  • Strong understanding of the home advice market, including customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Proficient in the use of relevant financial and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs
