1. Responsible for the experience design of ByteDance Feishu intelligent products, from design strategy to design execution 2. Responsible for providing overall design solutions with high-quality experience, working with business leaders and product managers to conceive ideas and evaluate needs 3. Responsible for the continuous optimization of product experience, always pay attention to and analyze industry design trends, gain insight into user functional pain points, experience demands, aesthetic tendencies, etc.

1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in design or computer science, with rich mobile Internet design experience 2. Able to self-understand design opportunities and value points, and improve product experience in a targeted and leveraged manner 3. Have excellent visual design performance capabilities (pay attention to details and pursue pixel-level perfection) 4. Have relatively mature product thinking and strong user empathy, and be able to deeply participate in user research, interaction design, and design prototype development 5. Have a strong interest in design exploration and quality polishing, and have strong self-motivation 6. Applicants with a research and development background, and experience in tool-based product design such as developer tools and graphic creation will be given priority.
