UX Designer - Feishu Document

1. Responsible for the full-process UX design of ByteDance's Feishu AI productivity tools 2. Work with product leaders/product managers to conceive solutions to create an overall experience that is competitive in the industry 3. Always pay attention to and analyze popular product design trends, study target user needs, experience appeals and aesthetic tendencies, and quickly optimize existing products 4. Participate in user research, understand user needs and translate them into corresponding design ideas.

1. Bachelor degree or above, mobile Internet design experience is preferred 2. Applicants with experience in generative tools, large model applications or intelligent product design are preferred 3. Excellent aesthetics, attention to details, pursuit of pixel-level high quality, and human-computer interaction design and user insight capabilities 4. Clear logic and good communication, with certain engineering thinking and structural thinking 5. Have a strong interest in cutting-edge technologies such as AI, have the courage to practice, and have strong self-drive and learning abilities.
