User Product Manager (Community Real Estate Direction)-Life Services

1. Responsible for user-side product planning, design and continuous improvement and optimization of Douyin life service community and real estate direction, continuous innovation, mining, and design of new product functions to create user value 2. Master the ecological mini-program products, operations and growth models of content platforms such as Douyin and Toutiao, and design effective linkage mechanisms and growth plans 3. Responsible for relevant indicators such as user addition, activation, retention, and commercialization of the product 4. Work closely with Toutiao, Douyin, and internal and external teams such as business, operations, R&D, and testing to ensure high-quality and smooth launch of the product.

1. More than 5 years of working experience in Internet users/growth products 2. Excellent data analysis skills and logical thinking, good at using data to drive needs or guide decision-making 3. Keen user understanding and insight, good communication skills, self-drive and sense of ownership 4. Good execution ability, result-oriented have a high sense of responsibility, strong self-motivation, ability to withstand pressure, be good at cooperation, and be good at coordinating and allocating resources to promote business development.
