Urgent Business Development Manager (Property Leasing, Industrial, Warehouse)

Responsibilities:

• Identify new opportunities across logistics, 3PL, e-commerce, manufacturing and industrial sectors.
• Build relationships with tenants, investors and strategic partners.
• Develop client engagement strategies to secure long-term contracts.
• Monitor market trends, demand, competitors and rental benchmarks.
• Conduct feasibility studies and support business case development.
• Lead negotiations on leases, pricing and partnerships.
• Coordinate with legal, finance and project teams on contract finalization.
• Support master lease and JV agreements.
• Manage brokers, consultants and government stakeholders.
• Work with internal teams to align client needs with project delivery.
• Represent the company at industry events.
• Manage BD pipeline and project opportunities.
• Prepare forecasts and performance reports.
• Track conversion, occupancy and revenue KPIs.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related discipline
• With 5 - 8 years of business development experience in logistics, industrial real estate, or infrastructure sectors
• Proven track record in B2B client acquisition and deal closing
• Strong negotiation and commercial acumen
• Excellent networking and relationship management skills
• Ability to analyze financial models and investment proposals
• Strong presentation and communication abilities
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Experience in warehouse development, logistics parks, or industrial property leasing
• Established network with logistics operators, 3PLs, and industrial tenants
