一、 外部運輸資源配置管理
- 尋找運輸供應商並匹配運輸資源給予不同客戶
- 尋找運輸供應商提供有效及成本匹配適合度最高的資源參與新客戶標案
- 因應營運需求調整運力,提升資源使用效益
二、負責運輸營運管理與執行監督
- 統籌每日車輛調度與配送作業,確保運輸流程順暢
- 管控配送準時率與服務品質,提升整體營運績效
- 即時處理運輸異常狀況(延誤、事故、客訴等)
三、成本控管與預算管理
- 管理運輸相關成本
- 控制外包運輸費用並進行供應商評估與議價
- 分析成本結構,提出優化方案以達成降本目標
四、供應商管理
- 依客戶需求提供最優化的服務的供應商
- 依客戶的KPI管理供應商的運作達成
五、數據分析與流程改善
- 建立與分析運輸相關營運報表(準時率、成本、效率等)
- 依據數據結果提出流程優化與改善策略
- 推動運輸管理系統(TMS)應用,提升作業效能
六、跨部門協調與客戶服務管理
- 協調倉儲、客服及業務單位,確保物流運作順暢
- 處理重大客訴案件,維持客戶滿意度與公司形象
- 配合業務需求提供運輸解決方案
