Responsibilities
1. Responsible for acquiring traffic within the Douyin system for credit products, formulating operational strategies, and cooperating with financial positions, incentive scenarios, and e-commerce student services inside and outside the Douyin ecosystem to help the business acquire potential customers 2. Independently complete operational plans, connect and promote internal and external resources within the business (cross-department collaboration and external cooperation), effectively utilize different operational tools, formulate corresponding strategies, and improve operational resource utilization 3. Monitor business data and activity effects through data analysis, gain insight into problems from the data, and make timely adjustments and optimizations.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 1 year of product operation experience, familiarity with Internet credit products or relevant work experience will be preferred 2. Familiar with various types of traffic development and cooperation and marketing activity planning, good at external communication, experience in commercialization will be preferred, and experience in information flow delivery and end-end traffic development will be a plus 3. Have strong data analysis and processing capabilities, be good at looking for business opportunities, have strong learning ability, and be hard-working 4. Be able to integrate internal and external resources well, and have strong project execution management capabilities.
