Job Description
Project Planning & Execution
- Lead and track multiple concurrent retail marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
- Maintain detailed project calendars and timelines, proactively identifying risks and adjusting plans to meet deadlines.
- Coordinate cross-functional inputs from design, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth execution of retail programs.
- Own the intake and scheduling process for design requests, coordinating approvals and revisions with precision.
Retail Operations & Asset Coordination
- Oversee document control for retail displays, ensuring all materials are accurate, compliant, and brand-aligned.
- Coordinate product sample logistics from request through delivery, including vendor coordination and stakeholder communication.
- Support the certification and compliance process for retail assets across regions.
- Collaborate with business units to align campaign timelines with product launches and promotional windows.
- Ensure timely deployment of POS materials and in-store content, especially during high-impact retail periods (e.g., Black Friday, holiday season).
Break-fix coordination
- Track and support displays performance, provide troubleshooting support and coordinate with labor product replacements and updates as needed.
- Monitor the execution for insights for continuous improvement.
Essential Skills And Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Or prior experience in Retail Marketing or Project Management of a minimum of 3-4 years.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Preferred Skills
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with retail environments and retail execution including permanent and temporary displays.
- Knowledge of merchandising, including fixture, graphics and materials.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
- Familiarity with PC Building, SIM racing, or PC Gaming.
