Your role
Are you a master of transaction Do you know how to take care of clients We are looking for someone like that who can:
- prepare documentation, process transactions, and perform other tasks related to control and reconciliation
- monitor and process pending items, correcting discrepancies
- launch investigations, provide information and compose correspondence
- identify and resolve technical issues with reconciliation tool and file management
- ensure compliance with internal control process and regulations
Your team
You'll be working in the Operations team in Securities Branch. Our team is providing the account opening and Equity trade related services to the foreign international clients trading on Taiwan Equity market and Stock borrowing lending activities. We will face regional business, front desks, middle offices, client services team and ops supporting units on client account data management, trade settlements and reporting
Your expertise

- experience in financial services
- Securities Profession Personnel License

- a detail-oriented person
- able to work under pressure
- good in English spoken and written ability
